To ensure that our events remain a safe, inspiring, and inclusive space for everyone—whether you are an artist, performer, or attendee—we ask that you read and embrace our community guidelines before joining us on the dancefloor.
By attending any event hosted by The Vault Community, you agree to uphold the following principles:
1. Consent is Everything
Consent is the foundation of our community. It must be clear, enthusiastic, and ongoing.
- Always ask for permission before touching anyone, invading their personal space, or dancing closely with them.
- “No” means no. “Maybe” means no. Silence means no. Only a clear “Yes” means yes.
- Respect physical and emotional boundaries at all times.
2. Radical Inclusivity & Respect
The Vault is a sanctuary for self-expression. We celebrate all races, genders, sexual orientations, and backgrounds.
- We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for harassment, discrimination, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or bigotry of any kind.
- If you make others feel unsafe or unwelcome, you will be asked to leave immediately.
3. Live in the Moment (Media Policy)
We want you to experience the art, the music, and the connection without the barrier of a screen.
- Keep phone use on the dancefloor to an absolute minimum.
- Respect Privacy: Do not take photos or videos of other attendees without their explicit permission. Let people express themselves freely without the fear of being recorded.
4. Look Out for One Another
We are a collective, which means we take care of our own.
- If you see someone who looks unwell, unsafe, or uncomfortable, check on them or immediately notify our event staff, security, or a designated “Vibe Monitor” (if applicable).
- Stay hydrated, know your limits, and ensure your friends get home safely.
5. Respect the Art and the Space
Our talented individuals pour their energy into creating unforgettable experiences and visual installations.
- Do not touch, lean on, or damage the art installations, sound equipment, or stage setups.
- Treat the venue with care—throw away your trash and leave the space exactly as you found it.
6. Express Yourself Freely
There is no strict dress code at The Vault—except to come exactly as you are. Whether you dress in full performance gear, casual wear, or vibrant art, your creativity is celebrated here.
